Project
The project concerns the construction of the City of Culture located in Mohamed V Avenue in Tunis. The complex includes several 2 to 6 storey buildings, with a Total Gross Area of 60 000 m².

- A 1,800-seat Opera Theater
- 2 auditoriums with capacities of respectively 700 seats and 300 seats
- Several production and recording studios
- A shopping mall
- Art exhibition halls
- A 45 m high tower with a panoramic restaurant on the top floor
- An artists' house
- A film library and media library with a capacity of 350 seats

- Supervision of the works
- Shop drawings for the MEP Works
